Communication was timely. Everyone on Greg's team was responsive & available if I had any questions. The portal for submitting documents was easy to navigate & I'm a fossil when it comes to anything IT! We are so happy with our new refi rate and the money we are saving. Too bad we can't buy cars thru CBM, too.
